Data requests

Remove local saves or ask Klippers to remove identifiable KRACKO records. You do not need to create an account or pay to make a request.

Data on this device

Use your browser's site-data controls for www.kracko.in to remove locally stored preferences, player names, supported solo results and offline files. This can permanently remove local progress. KRACKO's Android app uses browser-backed storage, so Android wrapper storage and browser site data are not necessarily the same thing.

Contest or analytics data

Email contactklippers@gmail.com with the subject “KRACKO data deletion request”. State what you want removed. For a contest, include the contest ID and email used to register; sending the request from that email helps us verify ownership. For optional analytics, copy your usage ID from the home screen's Optional usage stats section before turning it off, then include it in the request.

Do not send passwords, payment details, identity documents or private room answers. We review requests, verify ownership where needed, and remove the identifiable records we control, including relevant contest copies or provider-held analytics where applicable. We explain any specific security/legal retention exception. This page does not submit a request automatically; the email link opens your mail app for you to review and send.

Ordinary play does not create a general KRACKO account. Turning optional analytics off stops future optional events and removes its local identifier; it does not automatically remove earlier provider-held events. A non-identifying aggregate count cannot be deleted as a particular person's record.
